Create with permission

Use original topics and photos you are allowed to use. Everyone pictured in the initial workflow must be an adult and must have agreed to the use of their image. An AI label does not replace consent.

Do not submit or create

• Sexually explicit material, sexualized minors, child abuse imagery or other child-unsafe content.
• Graphic gore, credible threats or content encouraging serious violence.
• Hate targeting protected traits, targeted harassment, fraud or unlawful conduct.
• Non-consensual deepfakes, deceptive impersonation or misleading use of a real person’s likeness or voice.
• Copyrighted recordings, lyrics, trademarks or other protected material without the necessary rights.
• Attempts to bypass provider safeguards, authentication, pricing or access to private media.

Review and enforcement

The generation provider applies its safeguards to submitted content. Explicit safety refusals stop delivery; results with an unresolved safety status are held for review without submitting a new generation. Other successful videos are delivered automatically. User reports can trigger further review. These controls do not guarantee that every unsafe request will be detected. Depending on the facts, a request may be rejected, access restricted or hosted material removed.

Content review does not automatically approve a cash refund. Billing review follows the refund policy and the relevant purchase conditions.

Reports and appeals

Use the contact page to report suspected impersonation, infringement, unsafe content or a possible moderation mistake. Include the relevant item reference and information you can lawfully share. Do not send child abuse imagery.

We may request enough information to understand the report and verify the person making a rights request.
