Privacy policy
This service
Updated October 26, 2026. DropRapVideo operates this service. This policy describes account, photo-upload and generation processing. Credit purchases remain closed.
Selecting a photo first creates a local browser preview. Continuing to the custom-rap workspace uploads your selected references to private storage and saves your story and choices to your signed-in account. Photo files are not stored in browser session storage; text selections and unsaved lyric edits can be stored there. Fixed-performance effects upload when you confirm Generate.
Account and service information
Google and our authentication service provide the account name, email address and profile image used to create and secure your account. Sessions and essential security information are used to maintain access.
Orders, payment references and credit-ledger records are used for account history, payment reconciliation and support. Our payment provider processes card and payment details; the site is not designed to store full card numbers.
Photos, prompts and results
For custom rap, the writing service receives your story, names and choices to draft the lyrics. After you review and confirm the script, the video service receives the lyrics, scene instructions and reference photos. The saved video and original photo references remain account-scoped. The creation flow shows the format and credit cost before you confirm a video.
The storage integration is designed for private objects and account-scoped access. Uploads and generated results are not intended to become a public gallery automatically. Do not upload photos you lack permission to use.
Service providers
The service uses Cloudflare R2 for media storage, Neon PostgreSQL for account and creation records, and Google for sign-in. Custom lyrics use the configured DeepSeek model through the langlangya language-model channel; video requests use the configured generation model through zizidonghua.com. Cloudflare Email Service delivers completion notifications to your verified account email. Waffo checkout is not yet enabled. Resend is retained as an inactive backup sender.
Generation providers may have their own retention and processing terms. We do not promise that a provider never retains inputs or uses them for training without a verified agreement. Check the selected provider’s processing terms before submitting inputs you consider sensitive.
Storage and retention
We retain information as needed to provide the service, secure accounts, reconcile purchases and meet applicable obligations. There is no automatic seven-day deletion promise.
Closing the browser tab normally clears its session storage. You can also clear browser site data. Account or media deletion requests can be made through the contact page or support@droprapvideo.com. Financial and security records may require separate retention.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to sign in or upload media, and you can stop editing a draft at any time. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your account. We may need to verify the request before acting.
This product is intended for adults. We do not permit the use of photos depicting minors in the initial creation workflow.
Cookies and contact
Essential session and security cookies may be used when accounts are enabled. This version does not load advertising or analytics scripts. Read the cookie policy for the browser storage currently used.
