When purchases open

A payment return is not sufficient to add credits. We verify the payment reference, amount, currency, buyer and product before recording the credit grant. Duplicate notifications must not create duplicate credits.

Contact support if you believe you were charged twice, did not receive the purchased credits, or cannot access a purchase. Include your order reference and the date; never send full card details.

A failed task versus a refunded purchase

Credit restoration for a confirmed technical generation failure concerns the credit ledger. It is separate from a refund of money paid for a pack. An uncertain task outcome needs review before another paid submission or settlement.

A result you dislike is not automatically a confirmed technical failure. AI output varies. The relevant purchase conditions and any rights required by law continue to apply.

Request review

We review cash refund requests using purchase and usage records. Do not assume an automatic deadline or blanket no-refund rule: the final purchase terms will be stated before sales open, and statutory rights remain unaffected.

If a refund is approved, associated unused credits may be removed to prevent spending the same value twice. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution. Use the contact page for a review or an appeal.
